Dr. Ananth Adurthy Shankar, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist and the Medical Director of Cardiology at Essen Health Care in New York. He leads cardiovascular services with a focus on comprehensive cardiac care, prevention, patient education, and management of complex heart conditions.

• Medical Degree (MBBS) – Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University.
• Residency and Fellowship – Completed Internal Medicine residency, chief residency, and Cardiology fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.
