Cynthia Quainoo M.D studied biology at Smith College where she graduated with honors before earning her medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine. Then she returned to her hometown of Newark and completed Internal Medicine Residency training and sub-specialty training in Transplant Hepatology at Rutgers- New Jersey School of Medicine. She is a gastroenterologist specialist with over 17 years of experience in the field.
